Shipping & Returns
General Information:
You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
- At this time, we only ship within the United States
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from ECLECTICA
- While we strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. 7-10 business days should be allowed for delivery.
- There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
- Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping options will be made available to you upon checkout. We reserve the right to substitute your chosen shipping method if it will help to expedite your order.
- Free shipping offers apply only to the Continental US. HI, AK & PR will be presented with additional options upon checkout.
Backorders/Substitutions & Cancellations:
- If any products that you have ordered do become backordered, you will be notified.
- Orders can be cancelled if they are on backorder.
- If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns Information:
- All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page.

- Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 14 days to return the item(s).
- Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
- If your order received free shipping, the original amount of shipping will be deducted from your refund
